Delivery and returns for pool cleaning tools

Check the delivered items

Compare head connectors and hose cuffs with the ordered dimensions before connecting them. Keep the original product labels available for a fit or transit enquiry.

Delivery amount

Manual cleaning tools use a $5.95 standard delivery amount when pre-discount goods are less than $100. An equipment list of $100 or more has no standard delivery charge for these tools.

If something is wrong

Our equipment contact is support@poolfieldworks.shop. A labelled connector size and tool name help us identify the part; if something arrived incorrectly, include the selection reference and expected item.
